I took Christopher back to teh doctor today regarding his bowel problems. This time we went to a gastrointerologist. The best I could get out of him was maybe a "slow colon" or "mega colon." He did give us some medicine that is supposed to help colonic mobility. We'll see if it works.
Well, the new year has begun. I haven't done much in it so far. I should be starting my new diet in the next week. Well, not really starting a diet, just returning to my prior Atkins lifestyle. And walking at the YMCA. Maybe I'll start doing some "workout" stuff, but we're going to just start with walking.
